We love passion.
We write about it, take pictures of it, pursue it, admire it, eat, drink, and breathe it.
I assure you, I’m not here writing this for my health and financial security.
In that vein of finding, showcasing, and celebrating the passionate and the unique, we love the combination of a wonderful single from Delaney Gibson and the coinciding social campaign, #StarsCampaign.
The idea of Delaney Gibson and Project Light (Nice work with the whole ‘project’ thing), #StarsCampaign is explained by Gibson as she releases the video for the fifth single off of her recent LP, Tall Like The Tree:
I dedicate this song to everyone struggling to make a living out of their passion. This song is a reminder to be vulnerable, bold, and truthful. Take a stand to stop comparing yourself or your life to others. We are all fighting the good fight. We are all exactly where we need to be. With the release of my new music video, I’m launching, #StarsCampaign with Project Light Agency. I’m encouraging you to be more transparent and truthful in what you show to the world.
“Have you ever taken a picture naked, scared, and crying? That would be a beautiful scene.”
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of you being your most bold, vulnerable, true self or post it on your social media profiles using the #StarsCampaign hashtag!
I hope you enjoy the new music video and I hope that you truly know “You’ve got the stuff that stars are made of…”
